CAU Restaurant – Glazed Shopfront Installation
For the CAU restaurant project, our team at MC Shopfronts London was tasked with delivering a clean, modern glazed frontage that would complement the stone architecture and enhance visibility into the dining areas. The end result is a sleek and striking glass shopfront system, blending effortlessly with the character of the building while offering maximum light and openness.
The installation features frameless glazing and curtain walling-style glass panels, providing floor-to-ceiling transparency across the restaurant’s outdoor seating and ground floor areas. This not only improves the overall customer experience by visually connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, but also gives the venue a more spacious and welcoming feel.
Our work included custom fabrication and on-site fitting of toughened safety glass, along with discreet fixings and minimalist details that allow the surrounding stonework and interior design to remain the focal point. The upper level glass balustrade system further ties in the look and provides a cohesive finish throughout the exterior.
